Benefits of ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey
ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey supplements our diet with protein, which is very important for the body. It is also worth mentioning that protein helps to gain muscle mass and supports its maintenance. It is ideal for supplementing protein deficiencies resulting from increased protein needs, particularly in competitive sports, bodybuilding and during weight-reduction diets.
ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey can be taken at any time of day, it contains two protein fractions (WPI and WPC) with different absorption times. Feel free to add it to protein shakes, oatmeal, desserts or healthy baked goods. As you can see, this protein has many uses, which makes it truly unique protein mix. Uncompromising taste, solubility (shake the shaker a few times) and quality - that's what ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey is!
Why should we take complete ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey protein?
We all know how difficult it is to supply our bodies with plenty of complete protein. Any thermal processing in our cooking causes some loss of what we so desperately need. Also, not everyone can prepare a wholesome meal rich in protein. Let's remember that to get the result of our hard work, we need a proper diet rich in this particular ingredient.
Our product ALLNUTRITION - Ultra Whey contains two protein fractions: whey protein isolate and concentrate. Protein should be complete and fully absorbed by the body. It should contain all the essential amino acids (EAAs) in the correct quantities and proportions. Unfortunately, many proteins do not meet this requirement. ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey meets all those requirements, it is characterised by adequate absorption, high level of branched-chain amino acids and high biological value (BV 159, BV 104).
WHAT IS WPC?
Whey protein concentrate is a component of dairy origin obtained in the process of microfiltration or ultrafiltration. WPC is the most popular form of protein supplement, it is distinguished by an extremely high nutritional value resulting from a large proportion of exogenous amino acids (called EAA), in particular branched-chain amino acids (that is, BCAAs). It is the presence of exogenous amino acids that determines the effect of a given protein on growth processes, with leucine - one of the BCAAs - playing a key role as it stimulates anabolic enzymes (growth) in muscle cells. Whey protein concentrate works well not only for those training in the gym. It is an ideal supplement to the diet of an ordinary person, which is low in protein these days.
WHAT IS WPI?
Whey protein isolate is, like whey protein concentrate, of dairy origin. Usually, WPI is obtained through a technological process called cross-flow microflitration (CFM), at low temperatures. High protein content and almost zero carbohydrates and fat are among the many advantages of this type of protein. Isolate is a very good choice of protein, especially when your muscles need it. Within literally 15 minutes, it leaves the stomach and enters the bloodstream in the form of amino acids and valuable peptides. The fast pace of transformation in the digestive system supports the body perfectly well. It is suitable after waking up and as a supplement after a hard workout.
The functions of protein in our body:
Protein is essential for growth and for the regeneration of tissues, cells and organs, as well as for the synthesis of hormones. In addition, protein is involved in digestive processes. It is present literally everywhere and is responsible for practically everything, and we would not be able to live without it.
An adult person needs approximately 0.8 g of protein per kg of body weight. This need is significantly higher for people who work out intensively and for the elderly. A healthy diet should be diverse enough to provide our body with the most important amino acids (protein). Only then will the role of proteins in the body be performed fully. Our ALLNUTRITION Ultra Whey will help with this.
