In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), I would like to advise you

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the agreement pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and defending against claims against SFD S.A. on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  4. Your personal data will be passed on to the hosting company, courier companies, Poczta Polska S.A., banks, electronic payment companies, online trading platforms.
  5. Your personal data will be transferred to Google LLC., which processes data in the United States of America. The data transfer was secured by the controller using standard contractual clauses in accordance with the GDPR.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for the period defined by generally applicable laws, among other things, in the Accounting Act, tax laws and laws relating to complaints and the assertion of claims.
  7. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of that data, the right to data portability.
  8. The provision of your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the agreement.
  9. You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
  10. Your data will be processed by automated means and profiling.

Clause for customers

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), I would like to advise you that:

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), I would like to advise you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is SFD S.A. with its registered office at ul. Głogowska 41, 45-315 Opole (KRS no. 0000373427, NIP no. 7543022222, REGON no. 160360680).
  2. The Data Controller, in order to provide information on the processing of your personal data, has appointed a Data Protection Officer - Mr Gabriel Kolasa. Please send any information to the Data Protection Officer's email address: [email protected]
  3. The data obtained will be used for the purpose of sending the newsletter by e-mail on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You shall have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  6. Your personal data will be processed until the complaint is resolved, the statute of limitations for claims and the provisions of the Civil Code are implemented, your consent is revoked if given.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), I would like to advise you that:

  6. Your personal data will be processed until you revoke the aforementioned consent or object to its processing.
  7. You shall have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
