WHY ALLNUTRITION ULTRA WHEY?
GAINING AND MAINTAINING MUSCLE MASS
ULTRA WHEY supplements our diet with protein, which is very important for our body, especially during physical activity and weight loss diets. Protein helps maintain muscle mass and contributes to its growth. [1].
HEALTHY BONES
Protein intake helps maintain healthy bones [2]. Bones are made up of cells, proteins, minerals and other substances. Protein is essential for the formation of new cells, including those involved in building and maintaining bone structure.
Isolat is a very good choice of protein, especially when your muscles need it. A high amino acid content and an almost zero content of carbohydrates and fat are among the many advantages of this protein supplement. Within 15 minutes, it leaves the stomach and enters the bloodstream in the form of amino acids and valuable peptides. The rapid rate of metabolism in the digestive system provides excellent support for the body.
WHEN TO USE ALLNUTRITION ULTRA WHEY?
ULTRA WHEY can be used at any time of the day, contains two protein fractions: WPI and WPC, with different absorption times. It can be used to make a protein shake or porridge, or added to desserts. ULTRA WHEY has many uses, making it a truly unique protein blend.

Why combine WPC with WPI when both are whey proteins?
ULTRA WHEY combines two popular ingredients: WPC concentrate and WPI isolate. The WPC forms the basis of the recipe, while the addition of isolate increases the proportion of a more concentrated protein fraction. The result is approximately 80% protein in the finished supplement and 24g per serving, with a small amount of fat and carbohydrates. This is an interesting compromise for those who don't need pure isolate but want something more complex than traditional flavored WPC.
Mass or cutting – which purpose is ULTRA WHEY better suited for?
Protein supplements aren't reserved for just one phase of physique development. A serving of ULTRA WHEY provides approximately 24g of protein with approximately 117 kcal, 1.5g of fat, and 1.9g of carbohydrates, making it easy to incorporate into a carefully planned diet. Protein helps maintain muscle mass during a cutting phase, and it contributes to muscle growth during a mass gain. However, the ultimate direction of physique change depends on your overall diet, training, and energy balance, not on the shake itself.
Do you need to drink ULTRA WHEY immediately after training?
There's no need to rush from the last batch straight to the shaker. It's much more important to get the right amount of protein throughout your diet. You can drink ULTRA WHEY after your workout, but it's equally effective to use it in the morning, between meals, or when your regular meal is low in protein. You can also add the supplement to slightly cooled oatmeal, skyr, or prepare it with a small amount of liquid as a thick dessert spread. This makes it easier to fit supplementation into your regular day rather than having to subordinate your entire meal plan to it.
WPC, WPI or ULTRA WHEY – how to choose without overpaying?
If you're simply looking for a good source of protein and tolerate dairy well, classic WPC will often suffice. WPI is worth considering if you're particularly concerned about very high protein concentration and limiting other macronutrients. ULTRA WHEY falls somewhere between these two: it's based primarily on WPC, but also contains WPI and provides 24g of protein per serving. Instead of choosing the most premium name, it's best to compare the ingredients, macronutrients, price, and your own needs.
