WHY ALLNUTRITION CRE4?

ADVANCED CREATINE MATRIX FOR INCREASED PERFORMANCE

CRE4 is a so-called creatine matrix, a complex of several forms of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g [1].

Supplementing a mix of several forms of creatine can produce better results than using a single form, due to their different chemical properties, stability and solubility. It is possible for the individual forms of creatine to complement each other.

Creatine malate – a combination of creatine and malic acid. This form is characterised by much better solubility than the classic monohydrate. It is often used by endurance athletes, bodybuilders during a cutting phase, or fighters.

Creatine monohydrate is a combination of creatine and water. It is the most popular form of creatine.

Creatine citrate is a combination of creatine and citric acid and is a very well-absorbed form of creatine.

Creatine hydrochloride is a combination of creatine and hydrochloride. It is an exceptionally stable form of creatine that is resistant to the acidic environment of the digestive tract and highly soluble.

RESEARCH-PROVEN EFFICIENCY

The Australian Institute of Sport has categorised creatine as an ‘A’ category supplement, which means that its effect has been scientifically proven. It is one of the most effective and best-researched supplements on the market.
