In studies lasting from 1 to 6 months, in which doses of 2.5–5 g of collagen peptides were used, an increase in skin elasticity, reduction of wrinkles around the eyes, reduced visibility of cellulite, and accelerated nail growth with decreased susceptibility to damage were observed [1,2,3,4].
