SFD GLYCINE to is L-glycine in easy-to-swallow tablets. It is a chemical compound from the group of endogenous amino acids and plays a key role in the functioning of the body.
Glycine is an essential amino acid, which means that the body cannot synthesise it independently and must be supplied through the diet. It can occur in the human body in the skin, connective tissue of joints, or muscle tissue.
