ALLNUTRITION ADEK is a complex of four fat-soluble vitamins essential for proper body function. ADEK vitamins come in easy-to-swallow capsules and are sufficient for 60 days of supplementation.

EFFECTS OF ADEK VITAMINS

VITAMIN A

Contributes to normal iron metabolism, the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and healthy skin. It also supports normal vision and immune system function. Vitamin A plays a role in the process of cell specialization [1].

VITAMIN D

Helps with proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of normal blood calcium levels and healthy bones. Supports bone, muscle and teeth health, immune function and participates in cell division [2].

VITAMIN E

Helps protect cells against oxidative stress [3].

VITAMIN K

Contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of healthy bones [4].

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, accompanied by water.
