SODIUM BUTYRATE SR uses micro-pellet technology, which allows the sodium butyrate contained in the capsule to be released gradually, rather than immediately after consumption. Two capsules daily, taken in the morning and evening, provide a total of 600 mg of sodium butyrate, standardised to 80% butyric acid, equivalent to 480 mg of pure butyric acid.
