WHAT IS MASS ACCELERATION?

MASS ACCELERATION is a nutritional product in which the carbohydrate content accounts for approximately 65-75% of the entire composition. Additionally, it contains 20 grams of protein and only 1.6 grams of fat per 100 grams of product. Due to the different time of carbohydrate absorption, MASS ACCELERATION results in prolonged energy release.

The effects of MASS ACCELERATION depend on the time of its consumption:

1. Taken before exercise provides energy and delays the onset of fatigue symptoms during the workout

2. Taken immediately after the workout, rebuilds muscle glycogen stores and supports anabolic processes

WHEN IS IT BEST TO USE MASS ACCELERATION?

It depends on your diet, habits and appetite. It is worth taking a gainer with a post-workout meal. The large dose of carbohydrates stimulates insulin, which, as a building hormone, also transports amino acids to body tissues and other nutrients contained in the meal to improve regeneration processes.

1 to 3 servings per day. One serving is 70g of the product dissolved in 300ml of water or milk. Best used in the morning, between meals and after a workout. May contain traces of lecithin, nuts and other animal proteins. The protein content of the product is given on a dry matter basis.
