The carbohydrates used in GAINER DELICIOUS are characterised by varied absorption times, which ensures a gradual supply of energy, while the protein is a combination of buttermilk with whey protein concentrate. Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass.
GAINER DELICIOUS is a nutritional product in which the carbohydrate content accounts for approximately 61-66% of the entire composition. It also contains 20 grams of protein and only 2.9-3.6 grams of fat per 100 grams of product. Due to the varying absorption times of carbohydrates, GAINER DELICIOUS prolongs the release of energy.
