ALLNUTRITION FITMEAL ASIAN – chicken with rice in Asian sauce is an excellent dish that will satisfy even the most demanding palates. WHY IS THE SHELF LIFE SO LONG AND WHY IS REFRIGERATION NOT REQUIRED?

Our meals undergo a heat treatment process similar to pasteurisation, which involves briefly heating the food to a high temperature (above 100 °C). This eliminates harmful microflora, microorganisms and spores, ensuring long shelf life without the need for chemical preservatives.

The heating of the pre-prepared and sealed meal takes place in specialised equipment, allowing shelf life extension without damaging the contents or the packaging.

In addition to the technological process itself, the key to creating a preservative-free product with long durability is the use of high-quality, high-barrier packaging and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the production process. The combination of these factors results in a product free from preservatives that retains its quality for a long time without the need for refrigeration.

MICROWAVE: Pierce or remove the film from the tray and place it in the microwave. Heat (850 W) for 2.5 minutes. PAN / POT: Heat the contents of the tray in a pan for approx. 10 minutes. WATER BATH: Place the sealed tray in boiling water and heat for 10 minutes. Store in the original packaging, in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C.
