In studies lasting 1–6 months with doses of 2.5–5 g collagen peptides, increased skin elasticity, reduced wrinkles around the eyes, decreased cellulite visibility, and faster nail growth were observed [1,2,3,4], thanks to intensified collagen production.

WRINKLE REDUCTION

Wrinkle reduction through collagen peptides was observed in women aged 45–65, with visible effects after 4 weeks. Another study in women aged 35–55 also showed improved skin elasticity after 4 weeks.
