SFD ORGANIC MAGNESIUM + B6 (P-5-P) is a dietary supplement in tablets based on magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate) and magnesium lactate, enriched with vitamin B6.

Magnesium helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth and supports normal muscle function.

Vitamin B6 in turn, supports normal nervous and immune system function. What's more, in combination with magnesium, it helps to reduce feelings of fatigue and tiredness.

Vitamin B6 in the form of P-5-P, i.e. the active pyridoxal-5-phosphate, acts as a coenzyme, helping our enzymes to perform their functions; its use helps the metabolism of homocysteine and the synthesis of cysteine and has a positive effect on the nervous system and psychological functions.

SFD ORGANIC MAGNESIUM + B6 (P-5-P) is intended for individuals facing intense physical and mental exertion in their daily lives. It is also great for those who often experience fatigue and tiredness.

Take 2 tablets twice a day with water. Do not take more than 2 portions per day (4 tablets).
