WHY INOSITOL AND VITAMIN B6?

Inositol - also known as vitamin B8, is an organic chemical compound from the B vitamin group. It is naturally present in the human body and plays an important role in many metabolic processes. When combined with vitamin B6, inositol gains an additional boost.

Vitamin B6 - or pyridoxine – is essential for many biochemical processes in the body, including the maintenance of normal psychological function, support of the nervous system and regulation of hormonal activity. Additionally, it cares for the immune system, contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness, and helps maintain normal protein, glycogen and homocysteine metabolism [1].

Take one tablet twice daily with plenty of water. Do not exceed two portions (two tablets) per day.
