SFD B-COMPLEX-25 Methyl is a dietary supplement in tablets based on a complex of B vitamins, choline, inositol and PABA. Pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism. Thiamine and riboflavin, in turn, help the normal function of the nervous system, and biotin helps maintain healthy skin. Vitamins B6 and B12 support the normal production of red blood cells, and folate is involved in cell division.

Choline (vitamin B4) forms and maintains normal cell structure and controls muscle, heart and brain function.

Inositol (vitamin B8) is a compound essential for normal nervous system function; it increases receptor sensitivity to serotonin and has a beneficial effect on acetylcholine levels and distribution.

PABA - also known as para-aminobenzoic acid, is an organic chemical compound from the amino acid group. Its presence is necessary for the normal course of many biological processes in the human body. It supports the treatment of anaemia and irritable bowel syndrome. It also helps to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.

Niacin (vitamin B3) is an essential component of coenzymes involved in critical metabolic processes in all human body cells. It is responsible for maintaining normal glucose levels and blood flow. It also supports the regulation of sex hormones and keeps the skin healthy and radiant.

Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is a water-soluble compound involved, among other things, in the synthesis of coenzyme A (CoA), a powerful antioxidant important in cell metabolism.

Biotin (vitamin B7) is essential for maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal nervous system function and supports cardiovascular function.

Folic acid (vitamin B9) ) supports cognitive function, improves mental performance and benefits women planning pregnancy.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is essential for the normal function of the organ of vision, the nervous system and the immune system. Its increased demand occurs during intense body development, excessive stress or physical exertion.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) acts as a cofactor for dozens of enzymes involved in, among other things, the metabolism of amino acids, fats and carbohydrates.

Cobalamin (vitamin B12) is vital in forming red blood cells, cell metabolism and nervous system function.

SFD B-COMPLEX-25 Methyl supplements the body's requirement for B vitamins, which are essential for the normal function of the entire body.
