Coconut mousse that will steal your hearts
Some products become instant favorites - one of them is coconut mousse. No one I know has stopped at just one jar because it's simply impossible to resist!
Organic coconut mousse comes from 100% certified organic farming and is produced by grinding coconut flesh. At warmer temperatures it becomes a thick cream, so just heat it, preferably in a water bath, so that it does not become hard. Coconut mousse, often called coconut butter, is a delicious source of fiber, potassium, magnesium and iron.
Unlike coconut oil, it has a more compact consistency, which makes it a perfect addition to omelets, cakes and bars. It also works great as a smoothie ingredient or a cream substitute, perfect for fruit desserts.
Store the jar in a dry and shaded place and, after opening, in the refrigerator. At warmer temperatures, the mousse becomes more liquid. Mix well before use.
