WHY WHEY LACTOSE FREE?

GAIN AND MAINTAIN MUSCLE MASS

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass [1]. The amino acids it contains are essential for the synthesis of muscle proteins. When the body receives an adequate amount of this building block, it provides the raw materials needed for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

HEALTHY BONES

Protein intake helps maintain healthy bones [2]. Bones are made up of cells, proteins, minerals and other substances. Protein is essential for the formation of new cells, including those involved in building and maintaining bone structure.

DIET AND TRAINING SUPPORT

An adult needs approx. 0.8 g of protein per kilogram of body weight. The requirement increases significantly for athletes and the elderly. A healthy diet should be varied enough to provide the body with the most important amino acids. Only then can the body fully utilise the proteins.

LACTOSE-FREE

Lactose intolerance is a fairly common condition that occurs when there is a lack of lactase, an enzyme needed to break down lactose, in the body. The intolerance manifests itself in unpleasant digestive symptoms. People affected by this unpleasant condition complain, among other things, of nausea, abdominal pain, flatulence and colic.
