Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient or while taking anticoagulant medications containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
