COMBINATION OF THREE FRUITS

Triphala is a unique formula combining three fruits. The first is Amalaki, also known as Amla or Indian cranberry. The next fruit in this traditional formula is Bibhitaki. The composition is completed by Haritaki, the third element of this Ayurvedic blend.
