ALLNUTRITION - Power Band is a set of practical training bands that allow you to increase the effectiveness of exercises by adding resistance. Available in three different variants, differing in rubber resistance.

How do training bands work?

Training bands are used for training based on the principle of load progression. Progressive resistance – means the more you stretch the band, the more resistance it offers. Thanks to this, in addition to building muscles, you will also build proper stabilization of the joint that it moves. Used both in professional motor preparation of athletes and by amateurs who, thanks to their use, can work in a specialized way to improve their strength, endurance and quality of movement.

Which rubber is right for you?

Resistance level I – red rubber: the least resistance. Intended for beginners.

Resistance level II – green rubber: medium resistance. It is the most universal.

Resistance level III – blue rubber: heavy resistance. Intended for advanced people.
