Magnesium citrate is a compound combining the salt of citric acid with magnesium, characterised by excellent solubility, stability and high bioavailability. Magnesium supports normal muscle function, helps maintain electrolyte balance and the health of teeth and bones. Additionally, it supports the functioning of the nervous system, contributing to improved overall wellbeing [2].

ADDED VITAMIN B6

The use of vitamin B6 supports homocysteine metabolism and cysteine synthesis, and also has a positive effect on the nervous system and psychological functions [3], thereby supporting the action of magnesium.
