The extract is obtained from green tea leaves and standardised for EGCG content – catechins characteristic of this plant, readily chosen by people who take a conscious approach to supplementation. Each serving provides 250 mg of extract, including 5 mg EGCG.

L-THEANINE – AN AMINO ACID FROM TEA LEAVES

However, this is not all that this well-known and valued plant contains. L-theanine is an amino acid naturally present in tea leaves, including green tea. Each L-THEANINE + GREEN TEA capsule provides 100 mg of L-theanine.

WHO IS IT FOR?

ALLNUTRITION L-THEANINE + GREEN TEA is a choice for adults who want to supplement their daily diet with green tea extract and L-theanine. Plant-based capsules without gelatine make the product suitable for vegetarians.

Take 1 capsule during a meal, with water. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule).
