ALLNUTRITION L-THEANINE is a source of l-theanine in capsules. The product is especially recommended for people who lead busy lifestyles, are exposed to stress or want to improve their ability to learn effectively.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT L-THEANINE…

It is a biologically active non-protein amino acid found naturally in tea leaves and making up approximately 1–2.5% of their dry weight. Because the chemical structure of L-theanine is very similar to that of glutamine, it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier.
