ALLNUTRITION L-THEANINE this is a source of L-theanine in capsules. The product is especially recommended for people who lead a busy lifestyle, are exposed to stress or want to increase their ability to learn effectively.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT L-THEANINE...

It is a biologically active non-protein amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, constituting approximately 1-2.5% of their dry weight. Due to the fact that the chemical structure of L-theanine is very similar to that of glutamine, it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier.
