ALLNUTRITION INOSITOL + B6 (P-5-P) is a dietary supplement in capsules containing inositol in two forms: myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol, with additional support from vitamin B6.

WHY INOSITOL AND VITAMIN B6?

Inositol - also known as vitamin B8, is an organic chemical compound from the vitamin B group. It occurs naturally in the human body, playing a key role in various metabolic processes. When combined with vitamin B6, it receives an additional boost enhancing its beneficial effects.

Vitamin B6 - its functions include the maintenance of normal psychological functions, support for the nervous system and regulation of hormonal activity. In addition, vitamin B6 supports the immune system and contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness. It plays an important role in maintaining normal protein, glycogen and homocysteine metabolism [1].

Take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule).
