HIMALAYAN SALT known as pink salt, owes its name to its origin and pale pink colour. It is mined in Pakistan from deposits located at the foot of the Himalayas. It was formed hundreds of millions of years ago as a result of the drying up of the oceans. Its deposits are located deep underground and are mined from a depth of 400-600 metres.

Why use Himalayan salt?

It contains many microelements and elements valuable for the body, such as phosphorus, sulphur, calcium, carbon, copper and titanium. It is worth replacing traditional table salt with Himalayan salt, as it not only enhances the flavour of dishes. Himalayan salt is not only intended for consumption, but has also found application in salt baths.
