ALLNUTRITION GLYCINE FORTE is a forte version of L-glycine, available in easy-to-swallow capsules. It is a chemical compound from the group of endogenous amino acids and plays a key role in the functioning of the body.
Glycine is an essential amino acid, which means that the body cannot synthesise it independently and must be supplied through the diet. It can occur in the human body in the skin, connective tissue of joints, or muscle tissue.
It is particularly recommended for people on a low-protein diet, as it can be a beneficial source of amino acids. This is especially important because glycine is the simplest amino acid and does not require as complex a metabolic process as other amino acids.
