FITPROTEIN SHAKE is a formula designed for physically active women, containing a range of active ingredients such as whey protein concentrate and isolate, collagen or inulin, enriched with coenzyme Q10, vitamins C and D and chromium.
Whey protein concentrate WPC is a protein of animal origin. As is well known, protein contributes to building and maintaining lean muscle mass and accelerates post-workout recovery. Whey protein is characterised by one of the highest nutritional values. It has a high content of essential amino acids, i.e. the ones we must supply to our body with food. Whey protein also contains all the BCAA branched-chain amino acids (isoleucine, valine, leucine), which are particularly important for athletes, as they stimulate muscle regeneration after intensive exercise and have anti-catabolic properties.
CFM Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) - is a dairy-derived protein obtained through the Cross-Flow Microfiltration (CFM) process, at low temperatures, which prevents denaturation of active biocomponents such as beta-lactoglobulin (36%), alpha-lactalbumin (20%), immunoglobulin (10%), serum albumin (5%), lactoferrin (4%), transferrin (4%), proethosopeptones (20%), lactoperoxidase (1%). In contrast to whey protein concentrates, WPI is a more concentrated protein (approximately 90% protein and an even higher concentration of BCAAs and EAAs), more rapidly digested (shorter peptide chains), and almost deficient in lactose and fat. It is therefore a good solution for the post-workout period.
Coenzyme Q10 - an important antioxidant, with anti-cancer and regenerative properties. It counteracts the formation of cholesterol deposits in the arteries. It is involved in many biochemical processes, by interacting with enzymes, including metabolic processes.
Vitamin C helps with the normal production of collagen for the proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, teeth, skin and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D helps with the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and is beneficial for the normal functioning of muscles and the immune system. Chromium, in turn, contributes to maintaining normal macronutrient metabolism.
