Dissolve one serving of 10 g (1 scoop) in 200–250 ml of water, preferably using a shaker, and consume immediately after preparation. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (10 g).

Food supplement. Intended for healthy adults up to the age of 75. Do not consume in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients. Do not consume if on the same day you ingest other products containing green tea. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg EGCG. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18, or people taking sedatives, sleeping pills, or anti-epileptic drugs. This product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Always close the packaging after use. The package contains 30 servings of 10 g each.
