ALLNUTRITION Coconut Oil is a high quality refined coconut oil. Coconut oil is a 100% natural product. Excellent for cooking, it can be used instead of traditional rapeseed oil for frying and baking. It can also be used in place of clarified butter.

ALLNUTRITION Coconut Oil is an oil which is commonly used for frying. Refining is a very complex process which uses high temperatures and chemicals, usually hexane. During refining (purification) tocopherols, polyphenolic compounds and sterols are partially removed. In terms of quality, it is inferior to unrefined, but its advantage is versatility. We can use it both for ‘raw’ dishes, e.g. salads, in order to assimilate fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, K) and for frying, baking and grilling. You can store it at room temperature for a long time without worrying about it going rancid.
