CLA FORTE is a dietary supplement for physically active people containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).

CLA means conjugated linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is an organic chemical compound from the group of unsaturated fatty acids of the omega-6 type.

CLA is found in foods of animal origin, especially milk fat, fatty dairy products and beef. In the organism, linoleic acid is metabolised to a number of substances essential for correct metabolic function. Conjugated linoleic acid has a broad pro-health effect. In addition, linoleic acid helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

CLA is recommended for people losing weight, active people as well as those with lower physical activity, during fat tissue reduction.
