The main and most important role of betaine is its impact on homocysteine metabolism. Simply put, betaine contributes to the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism [1]. To achieve this effect, a daily intake of 1.5 g is required.

Take 1 capsule daily with water.

Food supplement intended for adults over 18 years of age. Do not consume in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the product ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. *The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5 g of betaine. Daily intake exceeding 4 g may significantly increase blood cholesterol levels. After use, always close the package.
