SKIN ELASTICITY

In studies lasting 1–6 months, where doses of 2.5–5 g of collagen peptides were used, researchers observed an increase in skin elasticity, smoothing of wrinkles around the eyes, reduced visibility of cellulite, and accelerated nail growth along with reduced brittleness [1,2,3,4]. All of this is thanks to the intensified production of collagen as a result of consuming bioactive peptides.

WRINKLE REDUCTION

Wrinkle reduction through collagen peptides was observed in a group of women aged 45–65. The effects were already visible after 4 weeks of supplementation.
