INGREDIENTS OF PRE WORKOUT

PREWORKOUT contains a large number of ingredients with a stimulating and energising effect. These include caffeine, niacin, vitamin B12, inositol and standardised extracts of Rhodiola Rosea (roseroot), Korean ginseng and guarana. This makes it possible to extend the effectiveness of the formula during training and discover hitherto unknown capabilities of your body!
MUSCLE PUMP, STRENGTH AND RECOVERY
L-citrulline and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate are so-called nitric oxide boosters. Their function is to stimulate nitric oxide production in the body, which in turn contributes to the widening of blood vessels and better blood flow in the muscles. This helps to improve muscle oxygenation and nutrition, translating into better workout results.
SFD PRE WORKOUT also contains beta-alanine, an amino acid that boosts carnosine levels. Carnosine inhibits pH drops in muscle associated with lactic acid formation, which can result in impaired nerve impulse flow and muscle contractility. Beta-alanine therefore supports longer and more efficient muscle work.

The product, is additionally a source of slowly absorbed carbohydrates - isomaltulose in the branded form of Palatinose™.
