SFD L-THEANINE 180 tablets is a source of l-theanine in capsules. The product is recommended for people who lead busy lifestyles, are under stress or want to improve their ability to study effectively.
It is a biologically active non-protein amino acid found naturally in tea leaves and making up approximately 1–2.5% of their dry weight. Because the chemical structure of L-theanine is very similar to that of glutamine, it can cross the blood-brain barrier.
Take 1 tablet a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 tablet).
Dietary supplement. Product intended for people over 18 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the product ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
