Fish Oil with EPA and DHA
This food supplement comes in soft capsules containing fish oil, a source of omega-3 fatty acids. Each capsule delivers 1000 mg of fish oil, including 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA. OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS AND HOW THEY WORK
A serving contains a total of 550 mg of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The product also contains DHA, one of the fatty acids naturally found in fish and fish oil. This format makes it easy to top up your daily diet with selected omega-3 fatty acids without using liquid oil.
Vitamin E in the formula
The formula contains vitamin E in the form of DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress and is a common addition to products containing fats.
