HI! If you’re wondering who I am, nothing extraordinary will surprise you. I’m not a bikini
fitness competitor or personal trainer or dietician.
So what am I doing here? I want to show that you can combine a healthy lifestyle with
everyday life unrelated to the fitness industry. I study English philology on a daily basis and
work as a translator, so there is no shortage of duties, and yet I am at the gym 5 times a week
and I keep my diet at 100%. Why do I need it? Because I feel good then, not only physically
but also mentally. A healthy body is a healthy mind, so you need to look after both. I have in
my head the ideal fit-woman; which I strive for every day. How is she? Shapely figure,
slender legs, slightly outlined muscles, gently marked belly – maybe even with a bit of fat,
like Victoria’s Secret angels. I do not aspire to a six-pack or heavily developed shoulders – I
want to be fit, athletic girl, but also very feminine. My adventure with sport began when I was
a child – I started dancing in the dance band Adena Opole, in with which I danced over 10
years. I took part in Polish Championships and World Championships, not once standing on

the podium. Later in high school, it was time for the first Zumba fitness class, and more than a
year ago I started practicing with weights on a gym. I can see how my body is changing, and
my joy and motivation grows day by day. I hope that this fascination will last as long as possible
