*Favorable effects occur in the case of consumption of carbohydrates from all the sources, with a total consumption that is 4g for one kilo of body weight, in doses consumed within 4 hours after an intensive and long-lasting workout which leads to muscle fatigue and exhaustion of glycogen supplies in the skeletal muscles, and not later than 6 hours after such a workout.
Recommended use: Dissolve one serving 30g (2 scoops) in 200-250ml of water and consume after the workout. Do not exceed one serving per day.
